As a wife and mom of three kids, I was overwhelmed by all of the options available for mainstream products. The more I experience life and the more I dig, the more I have discovered that health + wellness, mind, body & soul are all intertwined.
I’ve waxed and waned in my use of Young Living products over the years, but when my youngest came into our lives I really began to experience the value of the products for my family. His rough start in life made for a lot of stress, uncertainty, and fear. I got to use several of the Young Living oils and other products to support our bodies through a variety of experiences that affected mind, body & soul.

I grew up in northern MN as the oldest of four kids. Some experiences and passions in my life led me to the Twin Cities where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Northwestern College in St Paul. I spent a few years in this field before starting my family.
My husband, Andrew, and I have been married for almost 13 years and have 3 kids – ages 10, 6, and 4. We moved from the Twin Cities to northern MN in 2022 with a desire to share a more rural, slower environment & lifestyle for our kids. We live just outside of Grand Rapids with a large garden, chickens, and acreage to explore and enjoy.

We enjoy spending time with community from our local church. In our spare time, you’ll find us in our workshop making unique cribbage boards, charcuterie boards, earrings, and other daily use products out of wood.
A couple of my favorite products in our season of life include the chest rub (my son asks for it when he knows he needs it), DiGize (IYKYK), and Super C (hello great immune support).
As we all know, we learn every day we’re alive. I have not arrived. I would like to learn alongside you and grow together.
Thank you in advance for your grace, support, and the opportunity to journey with you.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
